Accessibility

Accessibility of this website: the measures taken, known gaps and how to contact us.

Last updated: 22 October 2026

zaflyra wants zaflyra.com to be usable by as many people as possible, including visitors who rely on assistive technology. This statement describes the measures taken, the limitations we are aware of and how to reach us.

1. Our approach

We regard accessible pages as ordinary maintenance work at zaflyra rather than an additional feature. Every new page and every change to the design is checked to make sure the text remains readable, the navigation remains usable without a mouse and no information is carried by colour alone. The statement applies to zaflyra.com only.

2. Measures taken

Pages are built with semantic HTML: headings follow a single order, lists are marked as lists and links say where they lead. Navigation and content form separate regions, the language of each page is declared, and informative images have alternative texts while decorative ones are marked as such.

Text, links and buttons are shown with a contrast of at least 4.5 to 1 against their background. Sizes are set in relative units, so text can be enlarged in the browser without content being cut off, and links, menus and form fields can be used with the keyboard alone.

3. Standards

Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. We describe the site as partially conformant, because some pages or elements still fall short of individual success criteria. Pages are reviewed regularly and problems are corrected as they are found; until then the same information is offered in another form.

4. Known limitations

Some pictures are general illustrations with a short alternative text rather than a full description.

5. Reporting a barrier

Please report any accessibility problem by email to hello@zaflyra.com or by telephone on 0118 661 9326. A short note on the page, the difficulty and the device or assistive technology involved helps us reproduce the fault; we usually reply within five working days and explain what we will do about it.

6. Information in another form

The website is not the only way to get information from zaflyra. You can call us on 0118 661 9326 during business hours, write to hello@zaflyra.com or send a letter to 14 Kings Road Court, Reading RG1 4AH; if a page does not work for you, we can read its content to you by telephone or send it as plain text.

7. Preparation and review

This statement is dated 22 October 2026 and is based on a self-assessment by zaflyra, not on an external audit. We tested the navigation, the contact form and the main page types ourselves with a keyboard, browser zoom and a screen reader, and we review the text once a year and whenever the website is rebuilt.
